The Inovus Myomectomy model is a low cost, single use model designed to allow training OBGYN surgeons to work through the critical steps in laparoscopic myomectomy. The highly realistic model allows incision of the perimetrium, dissection of the myometrium , identification, mobilisation and removal of the fibroid and closure of the myometrium. The synthetic tissues from which the model is constructed offer close to life tissue handling and real time haptic feedback as experienced in theatre.

The Myomectomy model has been developed by the Inovus design team alongside our in-house clinicians in order to offer the most real to life and cost-effective Myomectomy model on the market. With prices from as little as £18 per model, OBGYN trainees can now perform multiple simulated myomectomies without breaking the bank. The Inovus Myomectomy model has also been designed to be compatible with all existing laparoscopic ‘box trainers’.

The Inovus Myomectomy model can be held in place with the Inovus suturing base or the soft tissue retaining clips available on the Inovus store and on the drop-down menu for this product. We strongly recommend buying one of these retaining options for optimal performance of the model.
